It's one of those hydrogel ones that actually stays put and doesn't slide about, so you can get on with things (or just lie there feeling very fancy :) ). As soon as you put it on, there's this lovely cooling sensation , so soothing. Then after about twenty minutes, you peel it off and honestly, the transformation is mad. My skin looked properly plump, really bouncy, and I was actually glowing. Even my other half noticed and asked what I'd done. You've got the Salmon DNA and all the clever stuff like hyaluronic acid in there, so it makes sense it works so well. It just totally revived my complexion , felt stronger, looked smoother, and that glow hung around for days.
