Customer Service Lead
We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Lead. In this role you are supporting Rodial and Nip+Fab online sales by resolving customer queries or complaints and developing processes and procedures to enhance productivity and performance. You will act as the main point of contact for all the Company’s Customer Service queries look for ways to improve the Customer Experience. You are responsible for managing the relationship with the third-party CS agency; directing and overseeing their workload and productivity, and on-boarding and training new recruits. The Customer Service Lead supports the Warehouses, Operations, and Ecommerce teams to identify and limit any issues that may arise. You must have a collaborative approach, an ability to build excellent relationships and work productively across multiple teams. An innovative and professional approach is important for success.

Wholesale Operations Executive
We are looking for an organised individual to support the requirements of the Operations team, primarily through the efficient processing of product orders and close management of related systems. You will be providing excellent customer service for all wholesale and retail channels, ensuring both external and internal customers receive the best service and latest information available. To be successful in this role you will have the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Assistant Ecommerce Trading Manager – Nip+Fab
We are currently looking for an Assistant Ecommerce Trading Manager who is responsible for ensuring that online sales and conversion opportunities are always maximised across the Nip+Fab website. This is a key role in the Ecommerce team, ensuring all digital activations and supporting processes are followed and delivered appropriately according to the relevant critical paths. You will assist in the day-to-day operational management of the Nip+Fab website, management of key third-party agencies and of the on-site customer journey. This role requires someone who is a fluent German speaker, who can assist with future growth in the German market.

Ecommerce Executive – Nip+Fab
We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive who will be responsible for ensuring that online sales and conversion opportunities are always maximised across the Nip+Fab website through analysis and insight which will drive the business forward. As the Ecommerce Executive you will play an important role in the continuous optimisation of the customer journey. This role assists in the day-to-day operational management of the Nip+Fab website, management of key third-party agencies and of the on-site customer journey. To be successful in this role you must be a strong communicator with commercial acumen.
