An inspiring celebration of beauty, business and women who build.
This summer, Rodial headed to East Hampton for a special afternoon celebrating female entrepreneurship, creativity and connection.
Rodial founder Maria Hatzistefanis joined American fashion designer and entrepreneur Rebecca Minkoff to co-host an intimate lunch at the newly opened The Hedges in East Hampton, bringing together an inspiring group of female founders, creatives, editors and leaders.
Maria and Rebecca first met in 2017 on Project Runway: Fashion Startup, where Rebecca was a judge and Maria appeared as a guest judge. Their connection continued long after filming, united by their shared experiences of building global brands and supporting the next generation of female entrepreneurs.
Since then, Maria has appeared on Rebecca's podcast, while Rebecca has continued to support both Rodial and Maria's books.
Rebecca is also the founder of The Female Founder Collective, a community dedicated to supporting and celebrating women-led businesses ā a mission that closely reflects Maria's own passion for sharing the realities of entrepreneurship and empowering women to build successful careers and brands.
When Maria mentioned she would be spending part of the summer in the Hamptons, Rebecca offered to bring together an incredible group of women for an intimate lunch.
Set against the elegant surroundings of The Hedges East Hampton, the afternoon brought together women from across fashion, beauty, media and business.
The conversation moved from the realities of building and growing brands to navigating careers, balancing life and business, and the importance of sharing genuine advice with other women who understand the entrepreneurial journey.
Among the guests was entrepreneur and bestselling author Marie Forleo, whose book Maria had recently read, making the opportunity to connect in person particularly special.
Beauty innovation was naturally part of the conversation, with Maria sharing the story behind one of Rodial's most talked-about skincare innovations: Salmon DNA.
At the heart of the collection is the Rodial Salmon DNA Water Oil, an innovative formula created to support smoother, firmer and more rejuvenated-looking skin.
Bringing Salmon DNA to East Hampton provided the perfect opportunity to introduce Rodial's latest skincare innovation to a group of women who understand what it takes to challenge convention, create something new and build products that stand out.
The afternoon was about much more than beauty or business. It was a reminder of the importance of the relationships built along the way.
Bringing together women with different experiences and perspectives created space for honest conversations, new connections and shared advice ā something both Maria and Rebecca have championed throughout their careers.
As Maria reflected following the lunch:
āSuccess isn't just about what you build ā it's also about the people you surround yourself with.ā
From London to East Hampton, Rodial continues to celebrate ambitious women, innovative beauty and the conversations that inspire what comes next.
Discover the story behind our new range, Salmon DNA - why it works, and why Maria chose this breakthrough biotechnology to transform it into a powerful daily skincare ritual.
In modern beauty, performance alone is no longer enough ā innovation must also be responsible. Salmon DNA skincare embraces a circular approach by upcycling polynucleotides derived from food industry by products, ensuring no salmon are harvested specifically for cosmetic use. Combined with forward-thinking biotechnology and sustainably produced actives, it represents a new era of clinically inspired, consciously created luxury.
