Frustrated about the delivery date!
"The product is excellent like all the products are but the delivery service is a disaster. I ordered on 30/03/24 and I took delivery.... on 18/04/24 (!!!) although when you order you get a notification on about 4-7 days of delivery. I would suggest to improve this "bad", as it is quite a pity not to put orders due to poor delivery. Nevertheless, after having complained (and after a reminder) I got a reply and also a 15% on my next order, as an apology.... but that doesn't correct the bad delivery service and doesn't make me feel secure that my next order will arrive in between 4-7 days."
